Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All products ship from various warehouses within the continental US. At this time, we only ship to US addresses, excluding PO Boxes.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days, and usually ship your order the same day, or next day, depending on order time.


Returns

If you need to return an item, please fill out the contact form below with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Destroyed in transit

If the order is damaged in transit, with valid proof provided, the order will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days of the refund request unless the customer has requested a replacement.

Delivered but not received

You will receive a refund for item showing delivered but not received on logistic website if the delivered address is different from the shipping address on the order. Once confirmed by the carrier that it was delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 5-7 business days.

 

Damaged or broken, stains/minor scratch/poor quality, not as described (size/color/style), wrong item received, missing Item/accessories, etc.

If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.), with valid proof provided, the order will be either replaced or refunded and we may request the product to be sent back.

1) If we request the product returned, the product will either be replaced or refunded within 5-7 business days after product is returned.

2) If we do not request the product be returned, the product will be refunded within 5-7 business days of the refund request.

Valid Proof: photos/video of issued goods and photos of package with label.

 

Non-Defective Remorse Returns

We accept non-defective remorse returns. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund of the original purchase price less 25% restocking fee. Shipping cost to return the items are the responsibility of the buyer. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
